US Payments Forum Announces 2022 Steering Committee

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 22 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The US Payments Forum today announced its 2022 Steering Committee and Leaders. The group is comprised of industry leaders from across the payments space, including members major global and national payment networks, issuers, providers and merchants. This leadership is essential to support the introduction and implementation of new and emerging payment technologies that help protect security and improve opportunities for payment transactions in the United States.

The members of the Steering Committee elected to the office in 2022 are:

The Steering Committee manages the Forum and guides the priorities of the organization and its working committees which include ATMs, communication and education, debit routing, mobile and contactless payments, payment fraud, petroleum, testing and certification and open transit contactless payments. Some of the Forum’s activities include identifying and providing advice on implementation challenges, developing best practices for payment technology implementation, industry education, and creating deliverables such as white papers and webinars for industry stakeholders.
