MOSCOW, February 2. /TASS/. The “North Caucasus Federal District Leaders School” workshop, which will help students implement and promote social enterprise projects, will be held in August within the framework of the annual “Mashuk” forum. 150 most active students from the North Caucasus regions have been selected to participate in the project on a competitive basis, said Kantemir Khurtaev, chairman of the all-Russian public movement Interethnic Union of Russian Youth.

According to him, a pool of mentors has been formed, made up of 100 representatives from the district, working in the fields of IT, entrepreneurship and business. For them, 150 talented young students-students were selected by competition.

“Now, before the summer, one-to-one mentoring interaction between mentors and wards will be held, and online trainings will also be held to develop leadership qualities and emotional intelligence,” he said.

The North Caucasus Youth Forum “Mashuk” is a social and educational project aimed at supporting youth initiatives in the fields of economy, law, politics, journalism, science, innovation , information technology, civil society, culture and volunteering. The event includes educational programs, lectures, master classes, meetings with famous Russian politicians, representatives of culture, sports, etc. A competition for entrepreneurial and public projects is organized within the framework of the forum. The best ideas receive grants for further implementation.
